Carmelo Car Mats offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all orders.
We cannot cancel any custom orders placed if already processed, you will have to wait until your item has arrived to start the refund process – by making a purchase you agree to confirming your custom order. Please note that all our products are custom made to measure to suit your individual vehicle which you specified during your order – (Terms in line with consumer contracts regulation)
Please Note: If after a 30 day period from your initial transaction you are offered a partial or full refund for any reason agreed between the customer and us, you must agree to wait until we have received the item back to have your refund process
Dislike of colour or design: As each set is made to order for your vehicle as we provide a custom made service, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or colour. You are responsible for picking the correct colour for your vehicle and to make sure you like the product before you place your order. You can ask for images and videos by contacting us, to make sure our car mats are exactly as you want them.
Return claims must be agreed between a customer and Carmelo car mats:
Products must be returned undamaged in its original packaging.
Refund amount will only be issued once we have received the product back and checked it for damage. If satisfactory you will then receive the refund amount within 14 days.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to make sure that the vehicle details and delivery address is correct when making a purchase. Carmelo car mats will not be held responsible for any custom made products that are wrong or for any delivery address mistakes and issues.
